The 2014 Aurora Spring Open held on 04/05/2014 attracted 88 players from Illinois and Indiana. Everyone showed up which is a new phenomenon for this type of event. The tournament was sponsored by Paddle Palace and Newgy, Inc. The 6 groups of lower rated players played at 9 am and the 5 groups of higher rated players at 2 pm. Both groups started on time and finished on time. The tournament was finished at 7:15 pm.

Results
The results were sent via e-mail to USATT on Sunday along with tournament report and the signed waiver and release forms were mailed on Monday. Therefore the results should be updated on on first Thursday after the tournament. Here are the results published on OmniPong website which show which place in the group each player eventually attained.

Tournament Director would like to thank everyone for good sportsmanship. There were a number of positive comments from the new comers who never played in this venue. I hope that this experience will bring many participants back for future tournaments.
