After each tournament I ask for feedback to get a sense of what went wrong and what could be improved. Here are the comments I received from players:
Good morning Swavek!
This was the first table tennis tournament I participated in. I must say it was very organized from start to finish. I met a lot of nice people and had a lot fun. Come January I most certainly will come and participate in what sounds like a great event. Thank you and your staff for putting on such a fine event!!!
Thanks a lot for putting this tournament together. It looked and operated very professionally. The official uniforms that you had arranged for the helpers was also a very nice touch!
I just wanted to say thank you for the experience. Using Omnipong was a breeze. Easy to use, intuitive and straight-forward. I loved the fact that I did not have to fill out a piece of paper and having to mail checks.
The tournament itself was great, great courts, with good divisions and space. Saved a lot of time by not having to chase balls all over the place. The tables next to to the TT tables was a nice touch and it felt very professional by having a referee there. My only recommendation would be to leave a pencil or pen on each table so the players can record scores without having to go back to the central table to get a pencil.
In general, great event. Looking forward to your next tourney in January.

Thank you Swavek
Besides planning for more balls and putting the table number on the table boards (the one that you put the match sheets on) would help knowing immediately which table is available or not, the tournament was great
The venue is very good and the lighting perfect. It was good to have an umpire for the final, thanks to Jorge.
See you next time
Thanks Swavek. The tournament was great. Well done. Can’t wait for the next one 🙂
Ok I will. It was my first time playing in a tournament in Aurora this past weekend. I was really impressed by how well it was organized and structured. You guys do great work for us table tennis lovers! Thank you!
