If you have a scheduling conflict ttAurora website gives you two options for getting your money back:
- Withdraw completely and get a full refund
- Drop some events to fit your schedule better and get a refund for those events.
In either case you need to login to ttAurora website. Once logged in, find your tournament registration by clicking/tapping 3 bars menu -> My Registrations -> your tournament entry.
Once on the Entry Summary screen you should click Withdraw to withdraw completely or Modify to drop/add events or change something else about your entry e.g. type of USATT membership, or to select a doubles partner.
Once on the entry withdrawal / modification screen press Next to move to the events list. Drop each unwanted event using Drop / minus button. Dropped events will have a ‘Pending deletion’ status.
Once you are done with events, press Next to go the Entry Summary step which shows the total for your entry. It should be 0 if you chose to withdraw or non-zero if you dropped only some events.
Press Next to arrive at the Payments / Refunds screen. You should see a Refund $X button. Press it, and on the Refund $X dialog press Submit. Wait until the dialog displays ‘Success’ and then press Continue to confirm the withdrawal/modification. If you don’t press Continue the withdrawal / modification is not complete and will be reverted.
