Registration
Online registration is done through the omnipong.com website. This is where you will choose events and make a payment.
The tournament will be run using ttaurora.com website, so also please create an account on this website or you won’t be able to check in, see your custom schedule of play and enter scores. It is possible to register and pay for tournaments via ttauroara.com but since it is a USATT organized tournament together with me, USATT insisted on using omnipong.com for registration. If you never registered via ttaurora.com you can see what to expect by following the user’s guide.
The mail-in blank entry form can be downloaded here.
If this is the first time you are playing in a sanctioned tournament please read this page.
Venue
The venue is 26,000 sq. ft. gym with wood flooring, high ceilings and recently upgraded lights. We measured light strength and it was on average 400 lux. Here are some pictures of the venue.

The venue also offers a concession stand and water fountains with ability to fill reusable bottles.

We can fit 20 standard 38 ft x 19 ft. courts and 4 courts 23 ft x 46 ft. We will strive to get all courts fully barriered. Here is the proposed layout of the 24 courts.

Equipment
We will be using 20 JOOLA World Cup 25-S and on show 4 courts JOOLA SC 3000 tables.

Hotels
Visit Beloit, was able to arrange the following accommodations for the event. Please be aware that there is another large event planned in the area which may reduce the number of available hotel rooms, so it will be advised to book your hotel room early to avoid being left out.
