Overview
The Fox Valley Table Tennis Club will host Illinois State Championship in Aurora, IL on November 23 & 24, 2024 i.e. one week before the Thanksgiving holiday.
The tournament will offer 3 ranking events e.g. Men’s Singles RR, Women’s Singles RR, and U19 Boys Singles RR. These 3 events are reserved for Illinois residents.
To attract more players we will also offer regular rating-restricted events e.g. U2400, U2200, U2000, and so on, age-restricted events Over 40 and Over 50, and Open Doubles. These events are open to all players.

Registration
Online registration is done through the TTAurora website. If you never registered via this website here is the user’s guide.
The mail-in blank entry form can filled out and mailed to the address indicated on the form, but we strongly recommend registering through the website.
Tournament operations will be conducted exclusively using TTaurora website which means that directions to the venue, check-in process, draws, player schedule of play, score entry, and all other information will be done through this website. Here is a user’s guide explaining features that will be accessible via the Home screen on the days of the tournament.
Venue
The venue will be setup with 12 tables and each court will be fully barriered. Courts are 17 ft x 38 ft.
The gym is lit with LED lights . Light strength has been measured on both sides of each table with a dedicated meter and it showed readings between 617 and 916 Lux with an average of 800 Lux.
The flooring is a sports linoleum flooring with a very good grip.

Equipment
We will be using white Premium Nittaku 3-star white plastic balls.
All 12 tables will be identical blue Donic Waldner Classic 25 tables which were bought in January 2022.
